Pricing FAQ

How much tutor marking do I get?

Up to 3 papers a week for each subject you subscribe to. A paper can be a whole exam paper from our collection, your own school exam paper, or a worksheet you build and print. If you send single questions instead, every 10 questions count as one paper. The allowance tops up every Monday, and anything you don't use carries over for one more week. Everything you send is marked within 24 hours.

Monthly or annual?

Monthly is billed every month with no lock-in. Annual is billed once and costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.

Can I share an account?

No. Each account is for one student and can be signed in on up to 2 devices at a time, for example a phone and a laptop. Signing in on another device signs out the one used least recently. You are also signed out after an hour without activity.

Can I pay for my child?

Yes. Sign up as a parent and add your child, then subscribe for them from your account. If your child already has an account, contact us and we'll link it to yours.

Are revision notes and video lessons included?

No. Revision notes, the video lesson library and weekly homework are for students who take lessons at The Learning Cave. Solution videos attached to a question are included. Flashcard decks and Curated Notes are sold separately.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, from your account's billing settings. You won't be charged again, and your access continues until the end of that week: Sunday, 11:59pm Singapore time.
